Gwyneth Rasquinha has a versatile profile.
She is Artist, Print Media Designer and Art Teacher.
Born in Mumbai, India, she lived in UAE for more than 20 years with her husband and daughter. Gwyneth has studied Psychology and later Applied Art.
Her constant quest for serenity shapes Gwyneth’s passion for painting. Celebrating life, positive vibes, motivation, serenity and peace are recurring concepts in her work. She loves experimenting with patterns, strokes and colour. Her preferred choices of medium, are oil pastels, acrylic and ceramic.
Nature, children, music, beautiful prose and poetry are her inspiration and she draws from them to envisage her creativity and transform them into beautiful meaningful artwork.
As a graphic designer and illustrator, Gwyneth has worked on various projects that include designing logos, greeting cards, book covers, children’s book illustrations, art directing a magazine and below-the-line campaigns.

From 2019 till 2022 has served as Co-Ordinator for Sharjah for IWS (International Watercolor Society), UAE, cultivating an IWS presence in Sharjah by introducing regular plenair sessions and meet-ups at key locations.
Currently, she lives in India with her daughter and her husband.
