“Gianni Versace il re” is a personal interpretation of Alex Caminiti’s of Medusa one of the most famous Caravaggio. The masterpieces were created by depicting the exact moment when she was executed by Perseus, according to the legend. There are two versions and one is now located in the Uffizi Museum in Florence, Italy. The second one signed by Caravaggio himself is held in a private collection.
